Oh boy...not only I had nitemares nearly everyday this week..I even had insomia last nite...only get to doz off this morning 6am..and woke up at 8am to go to work.
I guess its due to the medication I took for my gastric which cuz me sleepless nite.

Yesterday I went to book my China trip with Joyce and her parents at Chinatown. After that we went to Vivo for a walk.. After some window shopping we sat down at Starbuck and I ordered my favourite Ice Tall Halzenut Latte..however after drinking..my gastric starts to kill me...I think they added too much milk...as my gastric rejects milk..
Thus it started hurting me and causing lots of gastric juice and I keep burping and feel like vomitting and having heartburn too..

We went to Pharmacy to get the medicine which I usual eat and pretty effective..however..the pharmacist has knocked off..I got no choice after searching entire vivo...there is no where to get the medicine I need...
At the end I had to just grabbed a box of the Gelusil plus which I used to eat before I changed to a more effective one..
I hate eating Gelusil becuz it taste awful. And I have to chew on it and swallow it.
It taste yucky..

However after medication and the porriage of love by my mum I got much better..Today my gastric has recovered except not having enough sleep.

Okie nite nite..time to get back some sleep..
