Just now went out with one of my darling(she)..and I told her a joke which happened to me yesterday..

I told her that when it happens that moment..I sms to my another darling(he) and told him about it..

This happened yesterday morning when i was on my way to work..
As I entered the train..I was resting with my back against the pole in the mrt..
then came in a man...talking on his mobile...
and the train begin to move after he steps in the train..
The man lost his balance..and our lips nearly met..
U know what was my expression...
just imagine this..
me leaning against the pole..
man steps in..
hands on mobile..
another hand i think carrying a briefcase
train moves..
he lost his balance ...falling toward me..
and his face almost collapse into mine..
and me...
stunt....
too shock to react...
open my eyes really wide..my eyes popping out staring at him...
praying God help...
dun let he fall kissing me..
Phew!!! of cuz it didnt ...
haha..thank God he after realising whats happening quickly pull his brake and u-turn..
Oh man..what a shock for the morning to start of the day...
Next thing I do is to pretend nothing happen and slowly move inside to the other side so that nothing of such will happen again..
Phew!!!
and he also pretend nothing happen and just walk away...
hmm..sound like what u always see in the movie or tv series huh..
Boys...
dun try doing this..
its so..low class..
but anyway..that man wasn't too bad looking..
looks like some kind of decent father of three..hee..
okie thats my joke..

u would probably be laughing...
just now Joyce saw my expression and I show her how my expression was at the point of the nearly "kiss" moment...
and she laughed..cuz I showed her how my eyes grew big and almost popping out...and scary look..hahaha...

Holding on too much in life?

In life, many times we as christians carry our cross each day..
The moment when we first believe, our faith is strong. We carry our cross each day witnessing how much God has done for us...and how much we love God and wanna place God in first place..
But as times goes by...many times..we greed for this world and what this world provides us..gradually..we lost our priority ...and our burden got heavier and heavier as our cross gets lighter and lighter..
And we start grumbling about life..
why do we have so much misery in life and so much burden..so much sadness...
we feel so exhausted...and hopeless...without strength anymore..to carry on...
Let's look behind..who we have left behind...
still holding tightly to us...and never never will let go
Jesus love us.
He will always be here for us.

To get things rite, place Him first..
No one knows better than God Himself what is the best for you...
He will provide you with the strength and hope for each and everyday in our life.
Hope this clip will be a great reminder for all of us Christian esp the one that has left God far behind and struggling with life...
Come back to God..
And for those who still doesnt know who is Jesus Christ..
Bear an open heart and get to know Him for He has already know you before you were born..and watch the clip and sharing I have in my blog..may God one day open ur eyes that you might see who He is..open ur ears that you may hear His words..and open your mind that you may understand His love for you..and open your heart to recieve this great Present the gift of salvation He(Jesus) has for you..by dying on the cross..He died for you even before you know Him cuz He first know us..and love each of us..His unique and special creation...we are all His precious one.

Sketchbook

Recently I noticed that there is something that's not very nice of me...
I dunno...
it seems like at times, I seems to talk arrogantly or behave kind of proud esp when coming to design...I am filled with confidence esp when explaining when certain design I think isn't a good design...and what should be done to improve it..
I really hope people dun find me proud becuz of that..
I tends to get a little worked up if someone doesnt understand design and start commenting that the design or my design isn't good..
As designers, we must cater the needs of our customers giving them what they want..but first, they themselve must really know what they want..
Design is not just about drawing...
its about the uniqueness of portraiting a message which u wants to bring out to the audience. There are lots of great designers out there in the market. Each have their strong points...some good in technique, some good in drawing, i.e what we called illustrations and some design with concept.
I set up my own design company called "sketchbook".
Many are impressed by my namecard..cuz its simple yet outstanding..
That's my selling point..Uniqueness..
Everyone has a diff perspective in life..
For me..I enjoy looking and observing from angles which people normally take it for granted or do not notice. From there I design a unique concept which you can hardly find anyone using it..special namecards -which is very important as it represents who u or ur company are. And wedding cards...
Why is my company named sketchbook?
Reason: very simple- Sketchbook is where all imagination is put into reality..
as a designer we are trained first sketch thumbnail..in our sketchbook..to derive our concept and ideas before we decide what we want..
If everything is only in the mind up there..it will never become a final product if u dun start sketching it out..
Does it make sense?
So..in another words..Sketchbook is where imagination comes to life. Its essential. Most basic needs to get a design and product out.
Thus with that concept..my company's card is printed in Black and white..
One might think its so boring..black and white...hmm..you will change ur view like those who have rec'd my card..
I chosed a rough texture card and kind of soft like the sketchbook pad..feel..
and have the front printed solid black with white tiny details..and huge SKETCHBOOK in silver hotstamp which catches the attention of whoever that recieve this card..
and at the back of it..i play with simple texts in black and play around with black highlight box with reverse white words..indicating what service/designs i do..

Conclusion: Its normally the simple that catches the eye..
that's Sketchbook.

People says...our mood depends on the weather many times...
well..how true is that?

Today is kind of a rainy day...but I was feeling great the entire day! Instead of thinking oh Boy what a day..it looks like its gonna rain today anytime and i am gonna be feeling so cold..and I better hide indoor..blah blah blah..which most of the time I do say that..and quoting what my mum always say about me...that I am made of paper..cannot get wet...I mean..wet under the rain okie..and I will get sick..Oh boy oh boy...

I guess I finally had a great sleep..no having to be waken up by the "OOOHH AAhh..." sound again...if u read my blog constantly..u will know what I mean..won't explain...Its for me to know for u to find out..
Having a good sleep indeed made me feel great! I wake up this morning feeling fresh..tho as usual..I drag my feet off the bed..and kneel infront of my wardrobe with my eyes half open..trying to peep thru the mountains..what to wear for today..and as usual..my cat Timmy..will stand by the door and wait..
If I take too long to get out of my room..He will start his meowing outside the door saying "its time to wake up and go to work u lazy girl..."

Funny thing about my cat is..many times he is like human/ mankind..
sometimes he forget that he is a cat..
and start behaving like a human..
let's see...
He will ask u for food and make sure U MUST GIVE IT TO HIM...very demanding tone..and also when it comes to his drinks too....He will be very very persistent till he gets it...
He is very picky about drinks and food...only want fresh water from the tap...so even if there is water in his bowl..he will still ask u to get him the water from the tap...His gesture is so clear that no one will ever miss what he wants...
and after u pour the clear water from the tap into his bowl..he will not drink immediately..he will first smell..then look at u...and ask "is this water really for drinking? Can it be drunk?" Only after u say "yes, its clean..now drink it." Then he will start drinking it...
Next came to food...He likes only good expensive food..like expensive fish...and good delicious cat food...hmm..u might ask..what will happen if what u give is not what he wants...Haha..
Timmy the cat will tell u immediately...how?
Look at you...giving u that look..."Is this really for me?"
Next...he will go and wrapped the food up with the newspaper which we either place the fish there or his bowl of food on the newspaper so that he wont dirty the floor...and sit beside it to protest....
Joyce do u remember I showed u once a pic on how that bowl of food which Timmy didnt like ended up?
Ya...its cover by the newspaper and upside down..cuz he flipped the newspaper so hard to cover it till the entire bowl went upside down..
That's my house Timmy...

oh! and I just recall...one day timmy decided to be like human again...instead of licking up the water from his bowl..he actually uses his paw and scooped up the water to drink...can u imagine that..
Timmy started doing that one day when he realise his face is too big to fit into his bowl to drink his water...cuz instead of puting water into a bowl for him..i pour the water into a plastic cup and not that much..so..obviously..he can't drink it..his tongue isnt that long..he doesn't have long beak like birds..haha..and his face is way too big to fit into that cup..thus..he decided that the only way to drink his water is to scoop it up like we human's do...
So be careful what u do..u might end up seeing ur pets doing that same thing one day...hee DON'T PLAY PLAY!!! hahahaha

Timmy enjoys sleeping in my room...everyday he will give his morning call outside my door to make sure I wake up and go to wash up so that he can sneak in to sleep in my working area near the curtain..and I had to chase him out of my room before I goes to work...tho sometimes..like yesterday..he tried..to fight back..and keep playing catching with me round my room..shouting DUN WANT...I WANT TO SLEEP IN UR ROOOOOOOMMMMM.......
Oh boy...

This is already better..u know..there's a period of time when he goes to an extend that if I dun wake up by 7am..he will start to scratch my door...from outside to make sure i wake up open the door and let him come in to sleep...
why chose my room...cuz I have my aircon on..that's why..he looove...cozy..place...

Wow..thats so much about Timmy...i have more stories or endless stories about him..will continue next time...

Oh..what I meant to say is..NOPe weather doesnt affects our mood..its how we feel determine the day....
That's why even tho today is a raining day but I feel GREAT...G....R....E...A....T!

p.s yup that's Timmy Darling sleeping on my bed...I mean he used to..loong ago...but since he start going out of the house and roll himself on the corridor floor..he is forbidden from my bed..or anybody's bed at home..that's his punishment...
Can u see him sleep...putting his hands together like we do when we sleep..or at least like me...sleeping with my hands tuck under my head or face..

Oh here is another incident..when did we start to realise he behave more than human than cat..when he first came into our family..each time we comes home..even till now..he will stand with two legs and peep out of the gate to see who is back..and when we enter the house and clap our hands like asking a baby to "carry carry"..he will actually jump with two legs..like a child wanting u to carry..
but now he no longer does that kind of jumping..he is more like BOR CHAP..NOW..having a "Not to bother attitude.."...Oh what a cat...

lll you know what the 3 stroke means....in comic...

For those who likes to read comic, u probably know what 3 lll means...esp with the crow flying over Ah...Ah...Ah....and that 3 strokes of water coming down beside ur forehead..can u imagine that...ya...its an expression of embarassment or cold jokes...in present context...haha..I learnt it from the group of youngsters I mixed around with in my church..hahaha...

Hmmm..what has it gotta do with what I am gonna share...hee..
let's wait patiently and see....

Today is sunday...finally after not having lunch with my youth groups in church for nearly or more than a month cuz i was a filiar daughter keeping my mum accompany for lunch for that few sundays..I gotta join my group back for lunch again..
We went to the coffeeshop next door to have our lunch..
as usual we dragged and join tables to fit us in so that we can eat and talk together...
there is about ten of us today...as usual..we were siting and eating and talking at the same time...as I was happily enjoying my lunch...suddenly then goes....
OOO...AHHH....... sound again....
everyone at the desk was shocked! They all looked around...and thinking...when did we have a mosque built nearby...
Oh NO.....Not again.....
Its my hp again....there goes the muslim prayer again.....its time for the muslim to pray....and May told the rest...its Angeline's hp...cuz I was telling her and David this morning when I was in their car when they picked me up for breakfast and church..
Hearing that familiar...sound...I quickly turn and switch it off..somehow...
and Everyone was laughing and shocked...
Can u just imagaine..eating...and half way..OOOO...AH.....(muslim prayer) just start ringing beside u...esp we are eating by the dark alley..its so freaky..eerie...
It took us a loong moments to finally settle down and try to switch of my "Muslim prayer alarm"...
Actually ...I was waken up this morning at 5.45am by my hp...asking me to do the Muslim prayer...OHH!!!! BOY!!!
Can u understand now..how tis 3 lll is related to today's happening...
its soooo sooo embarassing...to..eat and suddenly this sound came out....
I can just imagaine..if Bill is siting beside me..how he might laugh non-stop and cannot stop himself from laughing just like what he did in the cinema whenever we goes to watch funny movie..and i "pinch/punch" him to stop..and he would say..."Oops..sorry..(then he will continue to laugh and say) but ...its ..sooo funny.....hahahahaha"
Oh Boy Oh Boy!

There goes another embarrasing moments...what a sunday...ha...ha...ha...
After church I brought my Nokia phone to Nokia centre in Century square to fix the problem..it took them quite a while to learn how to off that thing...its something new to them...

Oh Boy! let's keep our fingers crossed that I wont have to be waken up by the OOOOHHHH....AHHH....noise in the middle of sleep again...goodness...!!!

p.s. dun buy Nokia 6120 classic if u are not a muslim..hahaha..

A Joke --- Ai Yo....

Hey guys...share with u a joke...
well...Just as I mentioned, i went to collect my new toy Nokia 6120 Classic last evening..and started mingling with it...

This phone has a unique function for the muslim...hmm...what's that u must be thinking...well..under "my box" there is this organisor..which I think..wow..cool...I can start writing or start an organisor there...and so I went in to explore...never did I realise its actually for muslims..there is the muslim's calendar..and their prayer time in diff part of the world and how to calculate..

Well..me a very devoted Christian and a non-muslim..of cuz doesnt need that..

well..thats first part of my story...
then this morning..I was suppose to wake up at 7am to go to the open house at UNI SIM.. but I was way too tired..I changed my mind and decide to go only for the briefing at 2pm..so i need not wake up early...
However..here comes the joke...
In the mist of the nite..I dunno what time about 5am or so....
I was woke up by very noisy sound.....OOOOOOO....AHHHH.........BLAH BLAH BLAH....at first i thought i must be dreaming..but it just went on and on...
I had to force my eyes open to check out what sound is that....
Guess what...

Smart! haha..its the new Mobile Phone....Oh...No!!!! Its actually doing the Muslim's prayer...which some of u might have heard before if u live near a mosque how they sound when they pray....Oh...!!! Goodness.....cuz its time for their prayers..and I must have switched that button on accidently while exploring the phone last nite..thus waken up by the muslim mobile phone...Oh goodness...
only if they do a christian version I might be happier...
Realising its actually my Hp doing the "weird praying sound" i quickly shut it off...and climb back to my bed and continue to sleep...ZZzzzZZZ...

What a joke huh...
but seriously I dun wanna be waken up this morning by it again....I tried all way to explore how to turn of the alarm so it won't wake me up in the mist of my sleep to do muslim prayer anymore..
The designer for this hp must be a devoted muslim I think...
Pls..next time design one for christian..either with the Lord's prayer and with some nice Christian hymns perhaps...

However God gave us a good pair of ears to filter out what we dun wanna hear like when we are talking to our friends in a noisy place..so..just do likewise and you will love this song.

Happy thots

Today the man I love very much sms me telling me that he hope I am having happy thots now that the weekend is here..and take care..

I replied him with a smile..I told him...weekends or not makes no difference to me cuz I love my job...and jokingly I told him well if he recommend me more customers I will be happy..hee..

Some might be thinking...why does this man say this to Angeline...isn't she happy? Well..in the actual fact I have not been really happy...I have been pretty troubled or feeling kind of down recently...Thus I wrote to him...telling him pouring all my complains in life to him as usual...

Before I came into my blog.. I must confess I read something and immediately my negative thots comes in..I thot..what will I do without him...if one day this man really leaves me for another woman..for ur info he is not my bf neither am I his gf..what will I do..can i still survive? Can I survive the pain...again..
My heart was broken years ago when I broke up with my fiancee or should I say my husband to-be and thereafter even tho we broke off for quite a while...I was still very heart broken hearing him having a girlfriend and getting marry and now..has become a father..I am really afraid of bumping into him on the road..cuz we broke off in the mist of discussion for our wedding..

Many time this special man whom I love very much reminded me again...giving me encouragement to have positive thots and have faith and confidence..many times my old self comes in...

This clip I placed here is really good..it reminded me again...when we are down..thinking its the end of the world..I can't survive this time...I can't stand up again...Our Heavenly Father Jesus Christ, reminded us thru His little creation again..that God will give us strength to do so...nothing is impossible..even little "weak" plant can grow out in tough environment on the Hard wall...what else cannot be possible...am I even weaker than the plant...if God love the little plant so..How much more will He love His chosen one, His children..me/us...
